We know that digitalisation has been NWAA’s focus this year. Rightly so. Technology is changing so quickly, that if you want to compete, you need to keep up.
But good sales is principally still about forging strong human relationships and building trust.
Humancentric approach
At Toggle Switch Consulting we therefore take a humancentric approach to sales. Our focus is on helping businesses to find, and/or develop, excellent B2B sales people. People who will have the skills, and the attitude, to succeed. Our focus is on building positive behaviours, beliefs and habits.
Leading to better use of digital technologies
Once these are developed, and confidence grows, we’ve found that sales people and their leaders will be more open to seeking and embracing new technologies, be it CRM systems, AI tools, sales and marketing automation, data driven insights, or, ideally, the perfect blend of all of these, increasing efficiency, expanding reach, and improving both customer engagement and the customer’s experience.
In our view, putting the cart before the horse blocks the horse’s path. We help leaders to see, and their teams to stay on, a clearer path towards individual and corporate growth.
How we do it
We use excellent tried and tested digital methods. Partnering with sales data specialists Objective Management Group who’ve developed methodology with proven results, we can help you to find great sales people and/or help you to evaluate and support your existing team.
The perfect hire
Eshan Sharma, Managing Director of ServiceMaster Glasgow, engaged Toggle Switch when he needed to recruit a new sales person. He explained:
