Fluere Ltd Celebrates Joe Meays’ 1-Year Anniversary with the Team

Fluere Ltd is pleased to celebrate Joe Meays’ 1-year anniversary as part of our team. Since joining us as a recent graduate, Joe has made a significant impact on a variety of projects, contributing to operational improvements and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Over the past year, Joe has embraced the steep learning curve that comes with working in process improvement consulting. He has worked closely with senior consultants, including Jake Mellor, and our associate consultants, all while continually developing his skills and gaining hands-on experience.

When asked about his first year at Fluere, Joe shared several highlights:

• Working with diverse manufacturers and learning how everyday products are made
• Wearing his ‘lean goggles’ to analyse and critique factory operations
• Building valuable relationships with team members and team leaders
• And of course, the team’s legendary Fish and Chip Friday—a much-anticipated tradition at Fluere!

Joe has shown exceptional dedication and enthusiasm, tackling new challenges and learning every day. His commitment to growth and development has been evident throughout the year.
