Luxfer MEL Technologies is a global leader in the development, manufacture and supply of Magnesium and Zirconium based products and services to technology industries worldwide. We manufacture high performance magnesium alloys such as Elektron 21 and Elektron 43 in ingot, extruded and plate form for light weight applications including engine and transmission housings as well as aircraft interior applications. Our material is used widely in helicopters, propeller aircraft and small to medium sized jet aircraft.
